Raigad is an historic fort which is located in Mahad, Raigad district of Maharashtra. Chhatrapati Shivaji built this fort and converted it to the capital of the Maratha Kingdom. He was also crowned or coroneted as the King of Maratha Kingdom in the year 1674. It is a replica of the respective fort.
